Tukwila, July 3, 1930
The regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila
was held in the Town Hall on the above date at 8:00 P. m. Those
present were Mayor John R. Walkup and Councilmen t'hilip noenig,
J. C. Wickman, N. F. Greene, J. R. Cumming and B. E. Baker.
The minutes of the last regular meeting were read by the Clerk__
and were approved as corredted.
After a brief recess called by the Mayor for the auditing of
the bills the Council was called to order to hear the report of the
finance committee. The chairman of the finance committee reported
that all the bills had been ap =proved as presented. A motion that
all the bills be allowed as recommended by the finance committee
and warrants be drawn for their res• ;ective amounts was made, second—
ed and carried.
The Treasurer's monthly financial report was read by the
Clerk. It was ordered filed. The report of the water superintend—
ent was read by the Clerk. The bonds of the Clerk and of the
Treasurer were submitted for the approval of the Council. A motion
that the bonds be approved was made, seconded and carried.
The matter of rebuilding the fence in fron of the water tank
came up and the water superintendent was instructed to have the
fence built.
No further business appearing the Council by motion duly made,
seconded and carried adjourned at 9:15 p. m.
