PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila Board of Architectural Review will be holding a public
hearing on April 28, 2016 at 6:30 PM located at 6200 Southcenter Blvd. to discuss the following:
CASE NUMBER: L15 -0042
APPLICANT: Mike Nielson, West 77 VP, LLC
REQUEST: Board of Architectural Review approval for development of a four - story,
110 -room Woodspring Suites extended stay hotel and associated parking,
utilities, wetland and shoreline buffer plantings, and storm drainage
features. A garage and stable located on the project site and extending on
to the parcel to the east are proposed to be demolished.
LOCATION: 15643 West Valley Highway (King County tax parcel 40005800002)
Persons wishing to comment on the above case may do so by written statement or by appearing at the
public hearing. Information on the above case may be obtained at the Tukwila Planning Division. The
City encourages you to notify your neighbors and other persons you believe would be affected by the
