REQUEST: Board of Architectural Review approval for development of a four -
story, 110 -room Woodspring Suites extended stay hotel and
associated parking, utilities, wetland and shoreline buffer plantings,
and storm drainage features. A garage and stable located on the
project site and extending on to the parcel to the east are proposed
to be demolished.
