The Notice iO Proceed for Contract Number 15-1T7 with Olson Brothers PrO-V8C'L[C0fPuyallup,
Washington was issued OD December 14.2O15. This 2O15 Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation
Project provided sewer manhole rehabilitations at nine locations in Tukwila. Th8irnpr0venn8D1S
included using chemical grouting, CeDleDtiti0Us grouting, coating, manhole P3-ch8DDe|iz8tiVD'root
control, removal and installation Of drop connections, removal and replacement Of frames, covers and
ladders 0D nine existing sewer manholes.
Construction was physically completed OD February 2,2O1O. N0 change order was executed for the
2015 Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Project.
The construction budget for the 2O15 Sanitary Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation Project w8S$128'O81.72.
Unit price under-runs were mainly due to unnecessary utilization of traffic control flagger and off-duty
UDifO[Dl8d police officer during CODSL[UC[iOD. RebSiD@ge is being held by the City for this project in the
amount Of$4,37D.O1.
