valve, 1 each fire hydrant, 4 each water meter service lines 3/4 -inch type K copper
pipe (total of 20 LF), and all appurtenances
TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS: $36.860.00

This Deed of Conveyance applies to the above described Improvements and is not a
conveyance of any real property of Grantor, including any real property of Grantor on which
such Improvements are located.
