The Grantor, DOAK HOMES INC., a Washington State corporation, conveys,
warrants, and dedicates to the City of Tukwila, a municipal corporation of King
County, WA the following described public water improvements:
APPROXIMATELY Thirty (30) lineal feet of 3/4 -inch type `K' copper pipe, one (1)
each 3/4 -inch water meter box with 3/4 -inch single check valve and' /4 -inch angle
stop, one (1) water tap service, one (1) eight inch saddle, one (1) 3/4 -inch corp. stop,
and all appurtenances.
The value of the transferred assets, from the Grantor /Property Owner to the City of
Tukwila, is $2,500.00.
Total water service line cost: $2.500.00
This Conveyance applies solely to the above described Improvements and is not a
conveyance of any real property of Grantor, including any real property of Grantor on
which such improvements are located.
The foregoing Improvements are conveyed "AS IS" without representation or warranty of
any sort.
