limited liability company, conveys, warrants, and dedicates to the City of Tukwila, a
municipal corporation of King County, WA the following described street, street trees, street
light, sidewalk, and storm drainage improvements:
42 LF of 12 -inch PVC storm pipe, one (1) each Type I catch basin, one (1) each
Type 11 48" catch basin
2,280 SF of 15 foot wide concrete sidewalk, 154 LF of curb and gutter, five (5)
each street trees, and 32 SY of asphalt pavement;
One (1) Street Light (30' high) with luminaire light, one (1) junction box.
TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS: $22.998.69
situated in King County, State of Washington.
This Deed of Conveyance applies to the above described Improvements and is not a
conveyance of any real property of Grantor, including any real property of Grantor on which
such Improvements are located.
