• Minutes for 1/14/16 and 2/11/16 meetings approved
• Chief's update
• 4th Quarter Finance and Safety Update
• Discussion about how to deal with visitors who may want to speak at a
COPCAB meeting.
• COPCAB Awards
• Trina Cook nominated for her work with Spillman and managing the vendor
selection process.
• Lisa Harrison for 17 years as SRO, Explorer Program, Shop with a Cop.
• Community member nomination needed
• Good of the Order
• John — There is a man who picks up trash up and down TIB who picks up trash
on a regular basis. He feels he is owed kudos.
• Chris — Can now be text messaged on work phone. Jerry asked if Valley Com
will be able to take text messages? Chief responded that hopefully that will
happen in the future.
• Jan — tent city has left, it was a great experience with very few problems.
Loves the DARE program and commented how much the students love the
poster contest and DARE essays.
• Laurie — in the middle of teen CERT at the high school
• Jerry — brought up Nextdoor.com
