The Grantor, OPEN FRAME, LLC, a Washington State limited liability company,
conveys, warrants, and dedicates to the City of Tukwila, a municipal corporation of King
County, WA all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following described street
light, and sidewalk improvements (the "Improvements

12,615 SF of concrete sidewalks, one (1) streetlight pole with luminaire light; 4 -foot x 4-
foot street tree planters and street trees.
TRAFFIC ENGINEERING COSTS: $1,500
CIVIL ENGINEERING COSTS: $2,500
CONSTRUCTION COSTS: $20,055
TOTAL: $24,055
situated in King County, State of Washington.
This Deed of Conveyance applies solely to the above described Improvements and is not a
conveyance of any real property of Grantor, including any real property of Grantor on which
such Improvements are located.
The foregoing Improvements are conveyed "AS IS WHERE IS" without representation or
warranty of any sort.
