limited liability company, conveys, warrants, and dedicates to the City of Tukwila the
following described public street and stormwater drainage improvements:
APPROXIMATELY 132 LF of 12 -inch storm pipe, two (2) Type I catch basins, 350
LF of curb and gutter, two (2) wheel chair ramps, 1,750 SF of 5' wide concrete
sidewalks, and 2,722 SY of asphalt pavement, AND MISCELLLANEOUS
APPURTENANCES.
ENGINEERING COSTS: $4,240.00
CONSTRUCTION COSTS: $67,865.72
TOTAL: $72,105.72
situated in King County, State of Washington.
