The regular meeting of the Town Council <af the Town of Tukwidta
was held in the Town Hall on the above date at 8 :00 P.M. Those
present were Mayor John R. Walkup and Councilmen Philip Koenig, J.
C. Wickman and J. R. Cumming.
The minutes of the last r_egtiax meeting were read by the
Clerk and approved.

After a brief recess called by the Mayor for the auditing
of the bills the Council was called to order to hear the report of
tbe Finance Committee. The chairman of the finance committee reported
all the bills hadnbiaa= appooved as presented. A motion that all
bills be allowed as recomended by the finance committee and warrants
be drawn for their respective amounts was made seconded and carried
A motion that the office of deptty;•Steasurer for tbe purpose of
collecting water bills be discontinued Iil,30i331.was made ,seconded
and on roll call carried. with Councilmen Koenig, Yes. ,Wickman
Tee. and Cumming Tes.
COMMUNICATIONS
The Treasurer's monthly financial report was read by the
clerk and ordered filed. Tie report of the Water Supt. was read.
The clerk reported a telephone message from Mr. Crawford of the
Puget Sound power and Light Co. stating that the Town might cut
and burn an# brush along the right of way they wiphed to.
The contract for grftg; and increased minimun of water for
a period of three years, from the Seattle Water Dept. was read
by the clerk. A motion was made seconded and carried that the
Mayor and Clerk be instructed to sign the contract with the City
of Seattle Water Dept., for the Town of Tukwila.
OLD BUSINESS
Aft some discussion regarding the side walks on Main St.
a, motion was made seconded and carried that the Street Committee
and the clerk make a survey of the side walks and notify the

I.motioarwasr trade ,seconded and carried that the water bill of
Mr. Nager be corrected to relieve him of the excess water charge
against his meter caused by a break for which he was'not reef
ponsible. TVmotion was malts seconded and carried instructing the
water Supt. to correct the water bill of M. Ives charging him
with 50 of the overage, charged against his meter. Iesolttton

roll was read by the clerk.A motion was mate and seconded and on
roll call passed adopting resolution #48. Those Voting were
Councilmen Koenig. Yes. Wickman Yes Cumming, Yes.
No other business appearing. It was moved seconded and carried
that the council adjourn. Time 9.45 P. M,
