five (5) lineal feet of 6 -inch ductile iron class 52 pipe, one (1) 8 "x6" tapping tee, and all
appurtenances. Three each, thirty (30) lineal feet of 3 /4 -inch type K copper pipe, three (3) each
3 /4 -inch water meter boxes each with 3 /4" check valve and angle stop, three (3) water tap
services, three (3) eight inch saddles, three (3) 3 /4" corp. stops, and all appurtenances. 143 LF
of 12 -inch ADS N -12, and two (2) Type I Catch Basins. The value of the transferred assets,
from the Contractor to the City of Tukwila, is $14,790.00.
TOTAL WATER COSTS: $8,500.00
TOTAL STORM DRAINAGE COSTS: $6.290.00
TOTAL CONSTRUCTION COSTS: $14,790.00
