C l ty of u wi a NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on June 13, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 6200 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila, WA, to discuss the following: RECOMMENDED COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND ZONING TEXT AMENDMENTS FILE NUMBER: L 10 -015 APPLICANT: City of Tukwila REQUEST: Approve Tukwila Planning Commission recommendations for Comprehensive Plan and zoning text changes for the Manufacturing/Industrial Center (MIC) LOCATION: Manufacturing /Industrial Center in the general vicinity of E. Marginal Way South/Duwamish River between S. 126 on the south and S. 82 on the north. Persons wishing to comment on the above cases may do so by written statement or by appearing at the public hearing. Information on the above may be obtained at the Tukwila Planning Division at 206- 431 -3670. The City encourages you to notify your neighbors and other persons you believe would have an interest in this topic. The purpose of this meeting is to provide public comments to the Tukwila City Council to assist them in deciding whether to approve, deny or revise recommendations from the Tukwila Planning Commission regarding changes to the Comprehensive Plan and zoning code text pertaining to the Manufacturing Industrial Center. All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval, or opinions on this issue. For those unable to attend in person, you may submit written testimony to the City Clerk's office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. Tukwila City Hall is wheelchair accessible.
