The regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Tukwila
was held in.the Town Hall on the above date at 8:00 P.M. Those
present were Mayor John R. Walkup and Councilmen Philip Koenig, B.E.
Baker, J.C.Wickman and E. F. Green.
The minutes of the last regular meeting were read by the Clerk
and approved.
BILLS
Current Expense Fund:

After a brief recess called by the Mayor for the auditing of
the bills the Council was called to order to hear the report of the
finance committee. The chairman of the finance committee reported
that all bills had been approved as presented. A motion that all the
bills be allowd as recomended by the finance committee and warrants
be drawn for their respective amounts was made, seconded and carried.
COMMUNICATIONS
The Treasurer's monthly financial report was read by the Clerk
and ordered filed. The report of the Water Supt. was read and ordered
filed.
OLD BUSINESS
The Mayor stated that the new contract, Between the Town of
Tunktila and the Seattle Water Dent. had been signed allowing a
minimum of 700 feet and reducing the price of the overage water to
1C cents a hunderd. A motion was made ,seconded and carried instructing
the Clark to prepail. a new ordinance to conform with the new contract
allowing the Tukwila Water users a minimum of 700 feet in place of
500 feet and reducing the cost of overage water from 20 cents a
hundred feet to sixteen cents.
NEW BUSINESS
A motion was made seconded and carried instructing the Street
Committee to have the City Dump cleandd up.
A motion was made seconded and carried ordering the clerk
to prepato an ordinance requiritggthe licensing of dogs running at large.
No otker business appearing, Tt was moved, seconded and
