Staff recommends approval of the project with six conditions as listed in the April 21, 2016 staff report.

Public Testimony
Brock Hendershott, for the applicant, West 77 Developers, provided background information on their Company, as
well as the proposed project. He said they are trying to create a cohesive and brand hotel.
Matt Hough, Project Engineer, CPH Consultant, for the applicant, answered questions.
There was no public testimony.
The Commission walked through the staff report and asked clarifying questions of staff and the applicant.
