Description of Incident
On the above date and time, officers responded to a Tukwila residence to reports of a home
invasion robbery in progress. A person inside the home fled during the robbery, and called police
from a neighbor's home.
Officers arrived to find a male, approximately 66 years of age, with visible injuries, in the street
directing the officers to a vehicle fleeing the scene. The officers stopped the vehicle, took two
suspects into custody, and observed weapons inside the vehicle.
A third suspect fled on foot as police arrived in the area. A search using additional police agencies
and a search canine was met with negative results.
The injured victim was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Based on the information obtained at this time, we do not believe there is any danger to the public
in regards to the third suspect who was not located.
Tukwila officers and detectives are at the scene interviewing suspects and witnesses, gathering
evidence, and following leads.
