AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA APPLYING A ZONING TO AN
AREA ANNEXED TO THE TOWN OF TUKWILA UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 306
AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 312.
WHEREAS, the Tukwila Town Council, acting upon the recommendation
of the Tukwila Planning Commission, extended the Tukwila Comprehensive
Zoning Plan into the area annexed and described in Tukwila Ordinance
No. 306 and amended by Ordinance No. 312 and applied to said area a
zoning of R -M -H, as defined in Tukwila Ordinance No. 298, to that
portion of the area lying north of South 160th Street; and applied
to said area a zoning of R- 1 -9.6, as defined in Tukwila Ordinance
No. 251, to that portion of the said area lying south of South 160th
Street.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF TTUKWILA
as follows:
SECTION 1. That a zoning of R -M -H, as defined in Tukwila Town
Ordinance No, 298, be applied to that portion of land lying north
of South 160th Street, annexed to Tukwila under Ordinance No. 306,
amended by Ordinance No. 312; and that a zoning of R- 1 -9.6, as
defined in Tukwila Ordinance No. 251, be applied to that portion of
land lying south of South 160th Street, annexed to Tukwila under
Ordinance No. 306, amended by Ordinance No. 312, and described as
follows:
Portions of Sections 22, 26 and 27 in Township 23 N, Range 4,
EWM described as follows, except such portions which extend
into the proposed Rights of Way of the forthcoming Interstate
Freeways or access roads:
Beginning at the intersection of the North margin of South
158th Street with the Westerly margin of 51st Avenue South;
thence Westerly along said North margin 627.71' to an inter-
section with the Westerly margin of E2 of SE4 of SE* of said
Section 22; thence Southerly along said Westerly margin and
said Westerly margin Produced Southerly to the Southerly margin
of South 160th Street; thence Easterly along said Southerly
margin of South 160th Street, to a point on said Southerly
margin of South 160th Street 98.4 Westerly from the inter-
section of the Westerly margin of 51st Ave. South;thence S 0015115"

WHEREAS, the Tukwila Town Council acting upon the recommendation

No 306 aria amended by Ordinance No. 312 and applied to said area a
smog of R -M -H,, as defined in Tukwila Ordinance No. 298, to that
portion of the *tree lying north of South 160th Street; and applied
to said area a zoning of R- 1 -9.6, as defined in Tukwila Ordinance
No. 251, to that portion of the said area lying south of South 160th
Street

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect from and
after -its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
