Tukwila, was held in he Town Hall on the above date at 8:00 p.m.
Those present were Counoilman B. Faker, F.F. rreen.J. R. Cumming
J.S. Storey and August Thies. The meeting was called to order by
the Clerk in the absence of Mayor John R. Walkup. Councilman Green
presided.
The minutes of the last meeting were read by the Cl rk and approved

After a brief recess called by the Acting Mayor for the auditing
of the bills the council was called to order to hear the report of the
finance committee. The ehai rmsn of the finance committee reported that
all bills had been approved as presented.A motion that all the bills
be allowed as recomended by the finance committee and that warrants
be drawn for their respective amounts was make seconded and carried.
C0MMUNI CATI ONS
The Treasurer's monthly financial report was read by the Clerk
and approved. The report of the Water Supt. was read and approved.
A statement from Ring County road Diet. 42 for services rendered
amounting to 22.50 was read by the Clerk and ordered paid at the
next meeting.
OLD BUSINESS
The matter of the cleaning of the various drains and culverts
was again disouased.A motion was made seconded and carried, instructing
the Supt. of Streets to proceed with the work at once. The repairing
of Side walks was again discussed. E.F. Green asked psamiesion to
build a new Four foot walk. A motion was made seconded and carried
granting his request. The Clerk was instructed to communicate with
the Stone Webster Corporation regarding the cleaning of drains under
and along the power line right of way.
VFW BUSINESS
The matter of the 1932 Budget was diacuseed,it was decided to
hold further dissuasion at a later date.
