There were no public hearing agenda items. In lieu of the regular scheduled meeting staff took the Board of
Architectural Review on a tour of the projects listed below. These projects were approved by the Board in
the past.
• Interurban offices and warehouse - 14440 Interurban Ave S
• Boulevard Townhomes - 3726 Southcenter Blvd
• Osterly Townhomes - 3421 -3429 S 144th St
• McMicken Court - 4220 S 164"' St
• Tukwila Home2 Suites - 300 Upland Drive
• Buffalo Wild Wings - 225 Tukwila Parkway
