Minutes:
Members shared their scores and funding recommendations on RFP #28 -37. Staff discussed previous
year's performance where applicable, connections and partnerships within the community, efforts new
applicants made to learn about need, what are priorities, what services are currently being provided.
Members asked for a pie chart of how 2015 -16 funding was divided into categories, an updated
spreadsheet that included difference in amount of funding from current funding cycle vs new requests
(from previously funded programs).
Next meeting will be Friday, July 29th from l la -2p. Lunch will be provided. Group will have
completed reading assignment and be prepared to allocate dollars to agencies.
