Commencing at a point which bears North 40 °01'05" West a distance

is to be used for storage only. There will be no containers
opened in the storage area.
Due to this type of limited use of the new facility, as per our
discussion with Jim Hoel (Tukwila Fire Prevention Bureau), on
May 12, 1983, the requirements for containment curbing, explosion .
proof lighting and switching, and explosion proof ventilation are
to be waived.
