BILL OF SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that for valuable consideration, and in
consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), Geo. Heiser Bodv Co. Inc.
,,the Grantor, does hereby grant,
bargain, convey and sell to the CITY OF TUKWILA, King County, Washington, a municipal
corporation, the Grantee, the following described improvements situated in King County,
Washington:
4 each type -I catch basins 450 LF of 6 -foot wide sidewalk
248 LF of 12 -inch D.I.P. storm pipe 2 each street light poles fixtures with bases
120 LF of 8 -inch PVC storm pipe 350 LF of 2 -inch PVC electrical conduit
1 each tapping Tee 1 each service panel for street lights
140 LF of 12 -inch D.I.P. water pipe 2 each new type -I City of Tukwila hand -holds
7000 SF of asphalt replacement 1 each new type -III City of Tukwila hand hold.
450 LF of curb gutter
Improvements located within an easement and/or right of way are legally described in
Exhibit A.
Together with any other appurtenances thereto.
To have and to hold the same for the said Grantee, it's successors and assigns
forever.
The undersigned hereby covenants that it is the lawful owner of said property;
that the
same is free from all encumbrances; that all bills for labor and material have been paid; that it
has the right to sell the same as aforesaid; that it will warrant and defend the same against
the claims and demands of all persons and will pay any costs, including reasonable attorney
fees incurred by Grantee, arising out of any such claim or demand.
The Bill of Sale is given in consideration of the agreement of the Grantee, for itself, its
Successors and assigns to incorporate said utilities in its utility system and to maintain them
as provided for in applicable City Ordinances.
This Bill of Sale is given and accepted, pursuant to a motion duly made, second and
passed the City Council of the City of Tukwila, King County, Washington, on the
day ofJ 2043
