FOR STREET DEDICATION
The Grantor, PUGET WESTERN, INC., a Washington corpora
tion, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
�p good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, conveys and
warrants to the CITY OF TURWILA, a municipal corporation of
the State of Washington, Grantee, the following described real
estate, situated in the City of Tukwila., County of King, State
of Washington, exclusively for use as a public street, with
(and subject to) ways of ingress and egress to and from adjoin-
ing property, with right of reversion to Grantor upon abandon-
ment of such use:
That portion of the South half of Section 26 and of
the South half of Section 25, both in Township 23 *north,
Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, described as
follows:
Beginning at the 'Northwest corner of the Southeast
quarter of the Soutneast quarter of said Section 26; thence

98 East to terminus at the Westerly margin; of
