THE GRANTOR, Tukwila Investors, for and in consideration of three hundred
fifteen dollars ($315.00) in hand paid, conveys and warrants for road purposes to
the CITY OF TUKWILA, the following described real estate situated in the County
of King, State of Washington to the same extent and purpose as if the rights herein
0 granted had been acquired by condemnation proceedings under Eminent Domain
M Statutes of the State of Washington:

�D The East five feet of the North 105 feet of Tract 8, Interurban Addition to
CD Seattle, as per Plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, Page 55, Records of King
C County, Washington,
together with the right to make the first cut and fill upon the abutting property and
on each side of said described right of way, in conformity with standard plans and
specifications for highway purposes.
It is understood and agreed that the delivery of this Deed is hereby tendered
and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of
Tukwila, unless and until accepted and approved herein in writing for the City of
Tukwila by the Mayor.
