THE GRANTOR, JOHN L. SULLIVAN, for and in consideration

N in hand paid, conveys and warrants to THE CITY OF TUKWILA, the
p following described real estate, situated in the County of King,
State of Washington, to the same extent and purpose as if the
rights herein granted had been acquired by condemnation proceed-
ings under Eminent Domain Statutes of the State of Washington:
That portion of the South 200 feet of the East 165 feet,
as measured along the South line of Lot 18 of Interurban
Addition to Seattle, as per plat recorded in Volume 10
of Plats, Page 55, records of King County; EXCEPT the South
30 feet thereof; lying easterly of a line twenty five feet
Westerly of, as measured at right angles to Bluff St.,
(65th Ave. So.) as delineated by that certain affidavit
recorded under Auditors File No. 710 2010298.
together with the right to make all necessary slopes for cuts and
fills upon the abutting property and on each side of said described
right of way, in conformity with standard plans and specifications
for highway purposes.
In further consideration of the payment of the purchase price
for this Deed directly to the undersigned, the undersigned agree to
release, indemnify, and hold the City of Tukwila harmless from and
defend the City of Tukwila against any liability under Deed of Trust,
or other person who may claim an interest in the aforedescribed
parcel of real estate which may arise from the payment directly to
the undersigned of the purchase price for this Deed.
