STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
THE GRANTOR, GEORGE E. DREW and DOROTHI I. DREW, his wife
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
in hand paid, conveys and warrants to THE CITY OF TUKWILA, the
following described real estate, situated in the County of King,
State of Washington to the same extent and purpose as if the
Cr) rights herein granted had been acquired by condemnation proceed-
ings under Eminent Domain Statutes of the State of Washington:

together with the right to make all necessary slopes for cuts and
fills upon the abutting property and on each side of said described
right of way, in conformity with standard plans and specifications
for highway purposes.
It is understood and agreed that the delivery of this Deed
is hereby tendered and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not
become binding upon the City of Tukwila, unless and until accepted and
approved herein in writing or the City of Tukwila by the Mayor.

County, Washington, lying Easterly of a lines twenty -five feet

The North 19 feet of said Donation Claim No. 40 lying
CO Westerly of the Westerly margin of 65th Ave. So. and Easterly
of the Westerly line of a strip of land 50 feet in width, 25
feet of which lies on each side of and parallel and adjacent to
the following described centerline.
Beginning on the centerline of Bluff St. (65th Ave. S.) as
delineated by that certain affidavit recorded under Auditor's
File No. 710 2010298, at a point that is equal distance on the
North line of said Donation Claim No. 40 from the Southeast cor-
ner of Lot 17 and the Southwest corner of Lot 27 of Interurban
Addition to Seattle, as per plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats,
Page 55, records of King County, Washington, thence Southerly on
the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 794.79 feet,
an arc distance of 79.07 feet, thence South 11 °15'32" East 300.26
feet to a point on the centerline of the Renton -Three Tree Point
Road Number 2649.
