ings under Eminent Domain Statutes of the State of Washington:

together with the right to make all necessary slopes for cuts and
fills upon the abutting property and on each side of said described
right of way, in conformity with standard plans and specifications
for highway purposes.
It is understood and agreed that the delivery of this Deed
is hereby tendered and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not
become binding upon the City of Tukwila, unless and until accepted and
approved herein in writing for the City of Tukwila by the Mayor.

That portion of the tract described under Auditors File No.
5845225 of the Wm. H. Gilliam Donation Claim No. 40, in Township
23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., King County, Washington, lying
Westerly of the Westerly margin of 65th Avenue South and Easterly
of the Westerly line of a strip of land 50 feet in width, 25 feet
of which lies on each side of and parallel and adjacent to the
following described centerline.
Beginning on the centerline of Bluff St. (65th Ave. S.) as
delineated by that certain affidavit recorded under Auditor's
File No. 710 2010298, at a point that is equal distance on the
Q North line of said Donation Claim No. 40 from the Southeast cor-
ner of Lot 17 and the Southwest corner of Lot 27 of Interurban
LO Addition to Seattle, as per plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats,
Q Page 55, records of King County, Washington, thence Southerly on
the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 794.79 feet,
an arc distance of 79.07 feet, thence South 11 °15'32" East 300.26
feet to a point on the centerline of the Renton -Three Tree Point
Road Number 2649.
