0' rights herein granted had been acquired by condemnation proceed-
ings under Eminent Domain Statutes of the State of Washington:
Description as hereto attached
together with the! right to make all necessary slopes for cuts and
fills upon the abutting property and on each side of said described
right of way, in conformity with standard plans and specifications
for highway purposes.
It is understood and agreed that the delivery of this Deed
is hereby tendered and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not
become binding upon the City of Tukwila, unless and until accepted and
approved herein in writing for the City of Tukwila by the Mayor.

as per plat recorded in Volumc 10 of Plats, Page 55, records of ling
County, Washington, together with a portion of said Lot 20 described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 20; thence South
