ings under Eminent Domain Statutes of the State of Washington:
The East 5 feet of the North 125 feet of Lot 7 of Interurban Ad-
dition to Seattle, according to plat thereof recorded in Volume
10 of Plats, Page 55, records of King County, Washington.
Hedge rockery and laurel tree are to be replaced. Large cedar tree is
not to be damaged or disturbed except for minimum pruning of brances t�
provide headroom for pedestrians., o

together with the right to make all necessary slopes for cuts and
fills upon the abutting property and on each side of said described
right of way, in conformity with standard plans and specifications
for highway purposes.
It is understood and agreed that the delivery of this Deed
is hereby tendered and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not
become binding upon the City of Tukwila, unless and until accepted and
approved herein in writing for the City of Tukwila by the Mayor.
