CD State of Washington to the same extent and purpose as if the
rights herein granted had been acquired by condemnation proceed-
ings under Eminent Domain Statutes of the State of Washington:
That portion of lots 1, 2, and 3, Gundaker's Interurban
Addition to Seattle, 'Vacated,' according to the Plat recorded
in Volume 14 of Plats, Page 46, in King County, Washington,
lying westerly of a line twenty -five feet Easterly of, as
measured at right angles to, B1uff.St., (65th Ave. S.), as
deliniated by that certain affidavit as recorded under Auditor's
file No. 710 2010298
together with the right to make all necessary slopes for cuts and
fills upon the abutting property and on each side of said described
right of way, in conformity with standard plans and specifications
for highway purposes.
It is understood and agreed that the delivery of this Deed
is hereby tendered and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not
become binding upon the City of Tukwila, unless and until accepted and
approved herein in writing for the City of Tukwila by the Mayor.
