The building is located at 5200 Southcenter Blvd in Tukwila, Washington. The communications equipment consists of (1) non - penetrating tripod ballast frame equipped with (1) 19" EMS Accelerator and an equipment frame with standard Qwest PCS equipment, SCOPE OF WORK Analyze the existing structure to verify that it will support the proposed communications equipment in conformance with the Uniform Building Code. If the proposed location cannot support the equipment within the guidelines set by the Uniform Building Code, an alternate location or design will be provided if such an alternative exists. Design equipment support frames for the proposed equipment in accordance to the Uniform Building Code, as necessary. Stamped structural calculations and structural drawings are supplied as necessary.
