The owner of the property views the proposed improvements as one project and all of the work will be accomplished in the same period of time. The City of Tukwila has requested that each individual structure existing on the site to be demolished receive its own demolition permit. As such, each existing structure to be demolished has been assigned a numerical value on the Civil Demolition Plan that references a numerical value assigned to the demolition permit application that pertains to that structure. This numerical value on the demolition permit application is located in the area allotted for the "Description of work to be done" and Is circled. The project site is located at the NW 1/4 of the NW % of Section 22, Township 25N, Range 4E, Willamette Meridian. The site Iles near the northwest quadrant of the Intersection of Highway 99 and South 148th Street with an associated address of 3460 South 148th Street Tukwila WA. The new equipment storage yard will be located on a lot with a total area of approximately 1.39 acres. Currently, seven structures occupy the site, three single - family houses, one shack, one wood garage, one wood building and one 20,000 square foot shop as noted on Existing Conditions drawing sheet C1. Existing land cover primarily consists of gravel drives and parking areas with some patches of grass. The entire site is littered with trash. Topography of the site is slightly sloping downward to the northeast while a small portion of the site gently slopes downward to the southwest. See attached Existing Conditions drawing sheet C1. Proposed improvements include the demolition and removal of the three single - family homes, one shack, one wood garage and one wood building. Demolition and removal of the structures will also Include fences, concrete walks, utilities, trash associated with these existing structures.
