The top layer is a mineral surface fiberglass capsheet, also set in roofing asphalt. Kraft paper faced insulation appears attached to the underside of the roof deck. The roof will be finished using mineral surface fiberglass capsheet set in rooting asphalt. The new roof system materials are manufactured by the Malarkey Roofing Company in Portland, OR. The manufacturer's roof system specification is M4- WU- BI- IA -1-I.
