together with the right to make all necessary slopes for cuts and
fills upon the abutting property and on each side of said described
right of way, in conformity with standard plans and specifications
for highway purposes.
It is understood and agreed that the delivery of this Deed
is hereby tendered and that the terms and obligations hereof shall not
become binding upon the City of Tukwila, unless and until accepted and
approved herein in writing for the City of Tukwila by the Mayor.

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the undersigned are the purchasers under

real estate contract(s) and /or the mortgagors of a certain
Parcel of'real estate hocated in the City of Tukwila, and
N' WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila is acquiring a five (5)

foot right -of -way easement for street purposes from the afore-
said parcel, the legal description of which is contained in a
deed executed contemporaneously herewith, and
Whereas, the parties desire that the payment of the
purchase price for the aforesalr7 ?aS?mPnt; be made dire t to
the undersigned without the necessity of negotiations with any
other parties who may claim an interest in the aforesaid parcel,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the payment of
the purchase price for the aforesaid easement directly to the
undersigned the undersigned agree .to release, indemnify, and
hold the City of Tukwila harmless from and defend the City of
Tukwila against any liability to any seller under a real estate
contract, mortgagee, or other person who may claim an interest
in the aforesaid parcel of real estate which may arise from the
payment directly to the undersigned of the purchase price for
the aforesaid easement. r
