Convey to The City of Tukwila, 6200 Southcenter Boulevard, Tukwila, Washington 98188
(a Municipal Corporation), the Grantee, a permanent easement over and across, upon and
underneath, the following described real estate for constructing and maintaining sidewalk,
public utilities (including, but not limited to: sanitary sewer, drainage, water, illumination, and
traffic signal equipment), and franchise utilities (including, but not limited to: electrical, gas,
and telephone), said land being described as:
That portion of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 36, Township 23 North,
Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 30 feet north and 735.75 feet west of the northeast corner of Henry
Adams Donation Land Claim Number 43;
Thence North 1 39' 00" East 120 feet;
Thence easterly and parallel to the north line of Henry Adams Donation Land Claim
Number 43 a distance of 66 feet;
Thence South 1 39' 00" West 120 feet;
Thence westerly and parallel to said north line 66 feet to the point of beginning.
The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforedescribed premises, including the right to retain
the right to use the surface of said right(s) -of -way if such use does not interfere with installation
and maintenance of the sidewalk or utilities.
The terms and conditions of this Easement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the
City, Grantor, and their respective successors and assigns. The easement conveyed herein is
for the benefit of the public, and the burden of the easement conveyed shall run with the title to
the property, and be binding upon the Grantor and their successors and assigns.
