Pier One Imports is completing a tenant improvement remodel of the above named space in the shopping center. As a condition of the lease, MBK Northwest has agreed to complete a re-roof of the space. The scope of work is described as follows: 1. Tear off the existing roof membrane, to plywood deck surface. Dispose of all debris. 2. Re apply a new 4 ply built up roofing system consisting of a modified base, and modified ply sheets, covered with a modified CAP sheet. Specified by Fields Roofing, Tacoma WA. (This system qualifies fora NDL 15 year manufacturer's warranty). 3. Replace all sheet metal with new metal. Existing space is up to current codes for insulation. (installed under the deck).
