The following numbered response Items correspond to the review Items in the letter. Any reference to Drawings In the responses below are included in the attached submittal, four sets of revised plans with the revisions clouded with a "delta" 1, Permit Resubmit and dated 12/2/02. ITEM NOS.: 1. The existing Maintenance Room is adjacent to exiting Storage to the south and the existing crawispace to the east, The Maintenance Room is separated from the existing apartment above by an existing 1 hour ceiling floor assembly (as noted on City archived Building Permit drawings). See attached revised Architectural Sheets a -2 and a -4 with "delta" 1 revisions, dated 12/2/02, 2. The attic has one existing gyp. board draftstop where the two legs of the "T" shaped attic intersect. For equipment maintenance access Cingular will install a 3' x 6' x 3/4" plywood access door through the existing gyp. board draftstop, The access door will have spring hinges to be self - closing, have foam gasket around the edges, and have an automatic latch per UBC Section 708.3.1.3. See attached revised Architectural Sheet a -2 with "delta" 1 revisions, dated 12/2/02.
