Keefe, Fire Chief Tune 28, 2000 Re: Thorndyke Elementary - 4415 South 150th Street Dear Sir: The attached set of building plane have been reviewed by The Fire Prevention Bureau and are acceptable with the following concerns: 1. Accumulation of combustible waste material is prohibited during the demolition phase of this project. Remove and properly dispose of all waste material prior to the close of the working day and as often throughout the day as needed. Tukwila City Ordinance #1846 provides that the required width of any fire apparatus road (fire lane) shall not be obstructed in any manner, including the parking of vehicles. Minimum required widths and clearances shall be maintained at all times. This review limited to speculative tenant space only - special fire permits may be necessary depending on detailed description of intended use.
