This letter is to inform you of corrections that must be addressed before your development permit can be
approved. All correction requests from each department must be addn.4. d aijiglaguague and
reflected on your drawings. I have enclosed comments from the Building Division and Public Works
Department. At this time, the Piro Department and Planning Division have no comments.
The City requires that four (4) complete sate of revised plans be resubmitted with the appropriate
revision block. If your revision does not require revised plans but requires additional reports or
other documentation, please submit four (4) copies of each document.
In order to better expedite your resubmittal, a 'revision sheet' must accompany every resubmittal. 1 have
enclosed one for your convenience. Corrections /revisions must be wade in person mid will not In
accented through the mail or by a messengerer s_orvlce.

The subject project plans Include extensive structural building construction and a new
generator. I have been unable to find building or other permits that Include the additional
permit required work. Therefore, the subject miscellaneous tank application can not be
processed until the additional work is addressed, As a result I am returning the Building
Division packet as, "Not approved",

MEMORANDUM
Netstream has applied for a miscellaneous permit (M12000.194) to install a 5,000 gallon
fuel tank adjacent to building 3 of the Intergate West campus, Underground tanks of
10,000 gallons or less are categorically exempt from SEPA per WAC 197 -11 -800 (2) (g).
The Netstream tank will be located in a pit that will be below grade on 3 sides, have a
concrete wall on one side and metal screening across the top. Per conversations with
DOE agencies have discretion on whether to require SEPA review for ambiguous
situations.
The Netstream tank will be double walled with double walled piping and leak detection
monitors. The pit will function as a containment structure in the event of leakage. The
tank and piping must be constructed to meet Tukwila's current Fire Code regulations. No
additional conditions or requirements have been recommended by the City's reviewing
departments. Therefore the SEPA official has determined that Tukwila has sufficient
regulations in place to ensure that the tank will not have a negative environmental impact
and a checklist will not be required.

Dear Sir:
The attached set of building plane have been reviewed by
The Fire Prevention Bureau and are acceptable with the
following concerns:
1. A fire extingiusher with a minimum rating of 2A, 20B :C
shall be provided and so located that it is not more than
75, from any pump, dispenser or fill -pipe opening. (UFC
5202.9)
Clear access to fire extinguishers is required at all
times. They may not be hidden or obstructed. (NFPA
10, 1 -6.5)
2. All electrical work and equipment shall conform
strictly to the standards of The National Electrical Code.
(NFPA 70)
3. This review limited to speculative tenant space only -
special fire permits may be necessary depending on detailed
description of intended use.
A fire department permit is required for installation
of underground or aboveground tanks. The permit ie
obtained at the fire department.
Any overlooked hazardous condition and /or violation of the
adopted Fire or Building Codes does not imply approval of
such condition or violation.
