The project consists of the removal of the existing 3 ply smooth surfaced built up U/L Class "B" roofing system down to the existing 1/2" plywood roof decking. The existing roofing assembly is non - insulated. The existing roofing system weighs approximately 1.371b /sgft. The now roof system shall consist of the installation of a 3" rigid Isocyanurate Roof Insulation having an R value of 21 mechanically attached to the plywood substrate and a 60mi1 "WHITE" Firestone TPO mechanically attached roofing system that will also be mechanically attached to the plywood roof decking.
