AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA AMENDING SECTION ONE
OF ORDINANCE NO 306 AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 309 OF THE
TOVVN OF TUKWILA.
NO I THEREFORE, BE IT ORDIAN ED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF TUKWILA,
sHINGTON, as follows:
:EGTIGN 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 306, amended by
rdinance No. 309 is hereby amended to read as follows:
That pursuant the provisions of Chapter 123 of the Session
Laws of the State of Washington for 1945 the following described
property contiguous to the town limits of the Town of Tukwila,
to -wit;
Portions of Sections 22, 26 and 27 in Township 23 N, Range 4,
EWM described as follows
Beginning at the intersection of the North margin of South
153th Street with the Westerly margin of 51st Avenue South;
thence Westerly along said North margin 627.71' to an inter-
section with the Westerly margin of E* of SE---4 of SEA of said
Section 22; thence Southerly along said Westerly margin and
said Westerly margin Produced Southerly to the Southerly margin
of South 160th Street; thence Easterly along said Southerly
margin of South 160th Street, to a point on saia Southerly
margin of South 160th Street 93.4/Westerly from the intersection
of the Westerly margin of 51st Avenue South; thence S 0
E 143.20'; thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly margin of
said South 160th Street 93.1' more or less to the Westerly margin
of 51st Avenue South; thence Southerly along said Alesterlymargin
of 51st Avenue South to a point 300' North and 30' Vlest of the
West corner of said Section 26; thence S 09 East 964'
more or less to the Westerly limits of the present Town of
Tukwila, Ordinance io. 247; thence in a Northerly direction,
following the said ;=lest er1y lirlit s to the Northerly Boundary of
the NW T of Section 26; thence ;Westerly along said Northerly
boundary to the Northwest corner of said Ni4 thence Northerly
along Easterly boundary of Section 22 to a point 30' East of
beginning; thence West 30' to the point of beginning;
shall be and the same hereby is annexed to the Town of Tukwila.
Ordinance No. 312
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided
by law.
