An inspection of the above premises revealed the following violation of the Tukwila Municipal
Code:
DESCRIPTION OF VIOLATION:
Failure to secure required building permit for construction, i.e., installation of satellite dish.
(UBC 106.2)
CORRECTIVE ACTION:
Secure required permit appropriately. Contact the Building Department Permit
Coordinator at 431 -3672 for permit information.
Our records (King County Assessor's records) identify you as the person responsible for this
property. As such, you must take the above described corrective action by November 20, 1997
or a Notice of Civil Violation will be issued and you will be assessed monetary penalties of up
to $100 for each of the first five days that a violation exists and up to $500 for each
subsequent day the violation continues, pursuant to the Tukwila Municipal Code Chapter 8.45
"Civil Violations, Enforcement and Abatement."
