Once again, we sincerely appreciate your understanding and support last September when you granted a 6 -month extension on our building permit. Since that time, we have continued to explore options to make this building "pencil" for us - but to no avail. We have exhausted all known options and our time has run out. We will be putting the property on the market and make every effort to sell it in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience or extra effort required by the City on behalf of this project.
