Value of Construction - In all cases, a value of construction amount should be entered by the applicant. This figure will be
reviewed and is subject to possible revision by the Permit Center to comply with current fee schedules.
Expiration of Plan Review - Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall
expire by limitation. The building official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180 days
upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 107.4 of the Uniform Building Code (current edition). No application
shall be extended more than once.

The Permit Center is in receipt of your letter dated March 1, 1999 requesting to cancel the above
referenced project. The Permit Center will close out the above permit applications for the 51st Avenue
South Office Building project effective March 1, 1999. Our office will keep one (1) complete set of
plans /specifications for each permit and dispose of any extra materials on March 26, 1999, unless you
wish to pick them up before this date.

The intent of this letter is to inform you that the 51" Avenue LLC will not be pulling the building
permit to construct the 51' Avenue Office Building. Once again, we sincerely appreciate your
understanding and support last September when you granted a 6 -month extension on our building
permit. Since that time, we have continued to explore options to make this building "pencil" for
us - but to no avail. We have exhausted all known options and our time has run out. We will be
putting the property on the market and make every effort to sell it in a timely manner. We
apologize for any inconvenience or extra effort required by the City on behalf of this project.

This letter is to inform you of corrections that must be addressed before your
application for development permit can be approved. All correction requests from
each department must be addressed at the same time and reflected on your drawings. I
have enclosed comments from the Public Works Department. At this time the Building
Division, Planning Divsion and the Fire Department have no comments regarding your
application for permit.
The City requires that four (4) complete sets of revised plans be resubmitted with
the appropriate revision block.
In order to better expedite your resubmittal a Revision Sheet must accompany every
resubmittal. I have enclosed one for your convenience. Corrections /revisions must be
made in person and will not be accepted through the mail or by a messenger service.
