Dear Mr. Nueske:
In reviewing our current permit files, it appears that your permit to install antennas to existing
tower, issued on May 26, 1998, has not received a final inspection as of the date of this letter by
the City of Tukwila Building Division, •
Per the Uniform Building Code and /or Uniform Mechanical Code, every permit issued by the
building official under the provision of this code shall expire by limitation and become null and
void if the building or work authorized by such permit is not commenced within 180 days from
the date of such permit, or if the building or work authorized by such permit is suspended or
abandoned at any time after the work is commenced for a period of 180 days.
Based on the above, if a final inspection is not called for within ten (10) business days from the
date of this letter, the Permit Center will close your file and the work completed to date will be
considered non - complying and not in conformance with the Uniform Building Code and/or
Mechanical Code.
Please contact the Permit Center at (206) 433 -7165 if you wish to schedule a final inspection.

This letter is to inform you of corrections that must be addressed before your application for
development permit can be approved. All correction requests from each department must be
addressed at the same time and reflected on your drawings. I have enclosed review comments
from the Planning Division. At this time the Building Division, Public Works Department and the
Fire Department have no comments regarding your application for permit.
The City requires that two (2) complete sets of revised plans be resubmitted with the appropriate
revision block.
In order to better expedite your resubmittal a Revision Sheet must accompany every resubmittal. I
have enclosed one for your convenience. Corrections /revisions must be made in person and will
not be accepted through the mail or by a messenger service.

1. Sheet A-3 shows a curved arm mounting for the antennae. The plans
approved by the Planning Commission at their March, 1998' hearing showed a
straight arm mounting to match the Sprint Spectrum antennae. Please submit a
revised plan showing the approved mounting.
