Dear Mr Sher:
In reviewing our current permit files, it appears that your permit to mount an antenna on an
existing building, issued on June 17, 1998, has not received a final inspection as of the date of
this letter by the City of Tukwila Building Division.
Per the Uniform Building Code and/or Uniform Mechanical Code, every permit issued by the
building official under the provision of this code shall expire by limitation and become null and
void if the building or work authorized by such permit is not commenced within 180 days from
the date of such permit, or if the building or work authorized by such permit is suspended or
abandoned at any time after the work is commenced for a period of 180 days.
Based on the above, if a final inspection is not called for within ten (10) business days from the
date of this letter, the Permit Center will close your file and the' work completed to date will be
considered non - complying and not in conformance with the Uniform Building Code and/or
Mechanical Code.

MI98 -0092 (Development Permit);
Address: 6100 Southcenter Blvd.
Dear Mr. Sher:
As you know, the referenced project received approval by the Planning
Commission on September 5, 1997 to install a Personal Communication System
(PCS) base station. Under Tukwila Municipal Code (TMC) 18.64.060, the
Conditional Use Permit approval expires unless "substantial construction of the
proposed development is completed within two years from the date a Notice of
Decision approving the permit is issued ". The Notice of Decision was issued on
September 5, 1997
A Miscellaneous Permit, as referenced, was issued on June 17, 1998 for
construction of this project. The permit expired on December 14, 1998 and no
extension was requested. Please be advised that this project must be
completed by September 5, 1999 or the Conditional Use Permit will be revoked.
