Per the Uniform Building Code and /or Uniform Mechanical Code, every permit issued by the building official under the provision of this code shall expire by limitation and become null and void if the building or work authorized by such permit is not commenced within 180 days from the date of such permit, or if the building or work authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after the work is commenced for a period of 180 days. All details are typical unless otherwise noted. 2. For Crane cabinet, heads of bolts between 2x6 and 4x8 may prevent even bearing at the bane. If this problem occurs, the contractor may to chose to either a) use a 4x6 instead of a 2x6, and counterbore for the height of the bolt head, or b) provide for a %" thick sheet of weather treated plywood between the 2x6 and the cabinet base, with notches for the bolts heads in the ply WOOD NOTES: 1'. Contractor shall verify all dimensions to ensure adequate constructability and cabinet installation prior to commencing framing. 2. Contractor shall not modify existing roof trusses except as explicitly noted on drawings. 3. All sawn lumber shall be graded as Douglas Fir -Larch, No. 2 or better. 4. Moisture content of lumber shall not exceed 16% at time of construction 5. Nails shall be common. 6. All machine bolts shall be A -307. Threaded rod (A -36) may be substituted for machine bolts provided a nut and washer are used each end. 7.
