The Grantor, KING COUNTY, a political subdivision of thii Smote
of Washington, for and in consideration of mutual benefits, in
accordance with King County Motion No. 7760., does hereby grant,
sell and convey unto the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation
of the State of Washington, all its right, title and interest in,
and to, the following described lands, situate in King County,
Washington:
Lots 38 through 40 and lots 47 through 49, Block 12, Allentown
Addition, as recorded in volume 12 of Plats, page 100, records
of King County, Washington.
On acceptance, evidenced by the record_Ing of this conveyance, tho
Grantee herein does hereby agree to allow the King County
Department of Public Works use of an existing fire hydrant supplied
by the Tu;4wila Municipal Water System and located within. the City
of Tukwila. Said use shall be for the purpose of obtaining water
for County -owned street sweepers, and shall continue until such
time as the commercial value of water used for such purpose equals
the sum of $15,000 or until such time as King County gives written
notice to the City of Tukwila to discontinue, whichever occurs
first. The commercial value of water shall be determined using the
y rate schedule in effect at the time that such water is used by the
County.
Upon the breach of these conditions, in whole, or in part,, the
Grantor or its successor shall have the right 'to re -enter and take
i1 possession of the property and to hold, own and possess the same in
Q the same manner and to the same extent as if this conveyance has
never been made. f�
