Permit Conditions:
1. The applicant must notify the City utility inspector at
206 - 433 -0179 upon commencement and completion of work at
least 24 hours in advance. All inspection requests for
utility work must also be made 24 hours in advance.
2. Temporary erosion control meaeuree shall be implemented as
the first order of business to prevent sedimentation off -
site or into existing storm drainage facilities
3. The site shall have permanent erosion control measures in
place as soon as possible after final grading has been
completed and prior to the Final Inspection.
4.
All construction activity associated with this demolition
shall be limited to within 10' of the building exterior.
S. No changes will be made to the plans unless approved by the
Engineer and the Tukwila Building Division.
6. All permits, inspection records, and approved plans shall be .
available at the job site prior to the start of any con-
struction. These documents are to be maintained and avail-
able until final inspection approval is granted.
7, All construction to be done in conformance with approved
plane and requirements of the Uniform Building Code (1997
Edition) as amended, Uniform Mechanical Code (1997 Edition),
and Washington State Energy Code (1997 Edition).
8. Validity of Permit. The issuance of a permit or approval of
plans, specifications, and computations shall not be con-
strued to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation
of any of the provisions of the building code or of any
other ordinance of the jurisdiction. No permit presuming to
give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of this
code shall be valid.

Dear Mr. Preuss:
Per our telephone conversation today, the following permits need to be issued by the Permit Center prior to
the issuance of the new 52 "d Avenue S Office Building (D98 - 0300). These structures will need to be
removed and finaled by the City of Tukwila. The permits are as follows:
1. MI99 -0001 — demolition of a 1,200 sq ft single family residence; and
2. ' : MI99- 0002..= demolition of a 400 sq ft detached garage.
At the time the Permit Center issues these demolition permits, the contractor awarded the job will need to
provide a copy of their current Washington State Contractor Registration Card and pay the outstanding fees
totaling $128.00.
