The roofing was ‘; installed at 360 Upland Drive under Tukwila Permit No. MI99 -0174. The existing roof;was a 3 -ply built -up hot tar system with a minor amount of blistering and cracking. Any significant blistering was purged and removed so that effective reroofing could be accomplished. Mr-ci9 -0 riZfr poring material manufacturer is "GS Roofing Products Company ". Product name ISflintiastic STA. The roofing underlayment is an asphalt coated fiberglass mat base sheet nailed down using 1" round cap nails at 12" on centers, and seams at 6 "oncenter per manufacturers specifications. Flos 68517 Tulomrile, WA 98168 Building it, Haan lamination The roof of the building located at 360 Upland Dr., Tukwila, Washington, was inspected to determine the condition of the existing roof surface and support members. All structural members including the sheathing ware analyzed to determine if the exiting roof could support another surface installed over the existing roof. There is only one existing hot tar roof surface over the 1/2 inch plywood sheathing. The existing roof covering appears to be securely attached to the deck exempt for sons small bubbled areas. The deck appears to be structurally sound. The insulation that is located under the roof surface was not water soaked in those bays that were examined. Analysis of all structural members of the roof indicated that Os roof structure is sufficient to sustain the additional dead load of the proposed second roof surface materials.
