That portion of the northwest quarter of Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King
County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the east right -of -way line of 51st Avenue South and the southwesterly
right -of -way line of South 160th Street;
Thence S00° 14'13"E along the east right -of -way line of 51 st Avenue South a distance of 20.60 feet to a
point of cusp with a tangent curve concave to the south and having a radius of 10.00 feet to which a
radial line bears S89 °45'47 "W;
Thence northeasterly along said curve to the right through a central angle of 128° 12' 13 an arc distance
D of 22.38 feet to a point of tangency on the southwesterly right -of -way line of South 160th Street;
Thence N52 °02'00 "W along said right -of -way line a distance of 20.60 feet to the point of beginning.
